Caltech Project for Effective Teaching (CPET) Co-Director
Matthew is a second-year PhD student in the Division of Biology and Biological Engineering in the Elowitz Lab. His research focuses on the systems biology of intercellular signaling pathways. Before coming to Caltech, Matthew studied biomedical engineering at the University of Toronto, where he also received a Teaching Fundamentals certificate for basic skills training in university teaching a program similar to CPET's Certificate of Interest. Matthew looks forward to supporting the Caltech community in his role as CPET Co-Director.
